Before starting payment

    We receive the payment of the fee(s) by a credit card (VISA, Master, AMEX, JCB, Diners).  Enter your registration ID (a number with four digits), and push the proceed button.  Then you will be taken to an external page managed by AnotherLane, Inc., which we commission settlement service.

    Note that we assume that you have completed registration and already have a registration ID which LOC assigned.  If you have not completed registration, please start from this page.  If you forget your registration ID, please contact the LOC (nro30info@nro.nao.ac.jp).
