I have made binaries for Mac OS X (Intel). Note that they are provided by as-is: without any warranty, without any support. Please use it at your own risk. Compilation from the source tarball is also available (Xcode Tools and g77 are required).
You have to install a library (/usr/local/lib/libg2c.0.dylib), which is contained in a g77 package distributed by Hiph Performance Computing for Mac OS X.
Other procedures to install are the same as the Linux version. Since Mac OS X locates users' home directories under "/Users", startup script should be modified as follows.
