Using the 32,000 channels Acousto-Optical Spectrometer backend on the 45m telescope, spectral line surveys in prototypical celestial objects have been carried out in order to clarify their chemistry and abundances. During the survey 14 new species (C6H, CCS, C3S, C4Si, cyclic-C3H, CH2CN, CCO, HCCNC, HNCCC, HC3NH+, CH2OH+, HCCCOH, MgNC, and cyclic-C2H4O) were discovered, all of which are reactive and very important in our understanding of the chemistry in ISM.
