If Your Proposal is Approved

If your proposal is approved, PI (a delegate) needs to send an observing plan sheet. Since this sheet includes a request for observation/reduction account, PI must submit it even if him/herself does not visit NRO. Observers who will visit NRO can make a reservation of lodging with the sheet.
