The "NRO Reports" (English) are publication by NRO to support the distribution of the results by using the NRO facilities and the distribution of the pre-prints of journal papers. (Since 2008 July, printed versions of NRO Reports are no more sent to domestic/foreign insititues.)
Submit a copy of manuscript to NRO Library & Publication Comittee (Ms. Hatakeyama nro-lib_pub @ nao.ac.jp).
(1) Submit one copy of manuscript.
(2) Include information about the journal, volume, etc. on the manuscript.
(3) Format as is published on the journal.
(4) Reduce the pages as less as possible. Use single or 1.5-times spacing. Reduce the size
of figures.
On-line version of NRO Reports is available. For submission,
e-mail to Publication Comittee (nro-lib_pub @ nao.ac.jp) attaching the compressed PS or PDF file.
The recommended format is as follows: If your manuscripts' ID in NRO report is No. 100 (This ID is announced to the author if the manuscript is accepted by the committee.,)
no100.ps.gz (Gziped PostScript)
no100.tar.Z@@(Unix compressed tar archive of PS or PDF)
Other format (e.g. LaTeX, plain text) is also accepted
