This is a Guide for users of NRO Library.

a. Borrowing

1. Borrowing is limited to the NRO members.
2. Do not bring the books/journals outside the institute.
3. Guests can use the books/journals only in the library rooms.
4. No borrowing for Journals.

b. Borrowing/Returning Procedures

1. Both for borrowing and returning, use the PC on the librarian's desk. A user's card (your NAO ID card) is necessary and must be fed to the card reader.
2. For returning the book, make the returning procedure in the PC on the librarian's desk. Put the book at the place where the book was originally placed.
3. Borrowing duration is limited to a month. There are some precious books that cannot be borrowed.
4. Contact library staff for CD-ROMs and videos.

c. PCs in the library

Lending computer is a library only. Please only with the procedures for the borrowing/returning of books. Do not change the setup.
