Let's take away bad data
[Raw data: FLAG]
This TASK is to exclude bad spectra from raw data.
- * NOTICE:

Output file will be overwritten when the sequence number of the output
file is the same as the one of the input file. In this case,
the raw data itself is not modified, but information of flag
will be overwritten. After flagging you can recover flagged
spectra any time with this TASK.
- * USAGE:

- 1. Starting FLAG

Click [FLAG] on Button Panel. The following parameter window appears.

- 2. Setting up parameters

- Select a file from [File List] for "Schedule". Usage of [File List]
- Specify sequence number for output in "Schedule: Out" (e.g. 2).
- Set "process mode" to 'all data in schedule'.
- Set "array" to 'all arrays'.
- Set "X-axis unit" to 'ch'.
- Set "X-axis range" to 'all range'.
- Set "Y-axis range" to 'auto'.
- Set "range for rms" to 'fixed'.
- Set "auto flagging" to 'no'.
- Set "Output device" to '/dev/null'.
- 3. Execution

- Click [Exec] in the menu bar, and select [Activate program] from the pull-down menu. The following TTT window appears.
- Click on the spectrum that you want to delete. It is crossed (X) as shown below. If you want to cancel, click again.
- When you go to the next page, click [NEXT] in the menu bar, and select [Okey, <Next>] from the pull-down menu.
- Continue to the last page. To finish the TASK, click [Exit] in the menu bar, and select [Finish Procedure] from the pull-down menu.
