Procedure of typical way of reducing data

Classification of basic tasks by function

: TASKs used only for data obtained with BEARS


FLAG TASK to flag out bad data.	LINTG TASK to convert raw data to spectrum data. DO NOT USE INTG for all receivers including 2SB.	GCONV TASK to convert raw data to spectrum data. The data can be scaled by arbitrary numbers.


FOLD SP(new) TASK to fold spectrum obtained by the frequency switching method.	BASELINE TASK to subtract the baseline from the spectrum data created.
Pos. Correct Correct observational positions of data obtained with BEARS.	Auto SP sum TASK to average spectra.
SMOOTHING TASK to smooth the channels.	AT for BEARS TASK to average spectra obtained with BEARS.


Show Spectra Display a spectrum and obtain peak temperature, velocity and so on.	GPMAP Create and display profile maps.


MAP (large) Create map files to be read by MAKE CONTOUR, SSS, etc.	P-V DIAGRAM Create map files for position-velocity diagrams.

(Explanation)
MAKE CONTOUR Draw contour maps by using map file created by MAP (large), etc.	SSS/Grey plot Draw contour and color maps by using map file created by MAP (large).


FILE SERVICE List and manage files.	TASK SERVICE List the currently running TASKS.
